We had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment in central Bristol. It was the perfect home away from home for the two couples traveling together. the check-in process was smooth and we appreciated the support we received throughout our stay. the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. After a busy day exploring the city, it was great to be able to follow the clear instructions, retrieve our key, and simply relax. the central location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to the harbourside area, visit attractions like the ss Great Britain and the aquarium, and enjoy the numerous restaurants and shops nearby. we would be more than happy to stay at Your Stay Bristol Marsh House again. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

I liked the design and facilities along with the location. Had everything I needed and more.

The only negative is having to leave the next day at 10o'clock am, I found this to early and to much of a rush, a later departure time would be alot better. Also it didnt have the best view, but didnt mind it that much.

Excellent location, good facilities, clean and good value for money

The car park situation was poor' no car parking spaces listed when we arrive then people were already parked in our spaces. One of the booked spaces was not feasibly possible for a 4x4. The staff were very helpful with these issues though.

Wir haben unser Hotel auf Santorini geliebt! Es war einfach perfekt für unsere Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Die Lage war großartig, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Wir haben auch den Spa-Bereich genossen, besonders die Massagen waren erstklassig. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Die Preise an der Hotelbar waren etwas hoch, aber angesichts der Qualität der Cocktails angemessen.

The loacation and the apartment itself

The lift had been out of service for over a week and we were on the 6th floor. Very difficult carrying our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. I rang and spoke to Becky regarding this situation and explained one of my friends had not long had a knee operation and was finding it extremely difficult to walk these 6 flights of stairs and no pre-warning was given to us about the lift not working. The code to the main apartment door was very unreliable and did not work properly. The hot water booster was not working effeicently and the 4 of us had cold showers all weekend which was completely unexceptable and now we have colds.

I liked the location which was very central and excellent for city centre shopping and local attractions. The apartment was great value for money, I will highly recommend this to friends, and of course, I would stay here again, which I hope to do in the near future. It was like being home from home perfect.

Carpets could have done with a bit of a steam clean but otherwise the apartment was very clean and comfortable

The location was good, just a short stroll away from Arnolfini Art Gallery. Everything was simply brand-new. All the facilities were perfect, and if you need there's private parking on-site👌😀

Convenient location, close to the city center and equipped with everything we needed. The surroundings were amazing, right in the heart of everything. Best of all, there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. 🌆

Very good location in the city center. Nice design furnitures, complete kitchen well equiped.

Checkout time too early especially with no options to leave luggages after checkout - be sure to find a storage place elsewhere the day before the checkout.
